Cerberus Support

Cerberus is a character builder and table sheet for fifth edition, made by All Bark. If something isn’t working, a rule looks wrong, or you have a question, we’d like to hear about it.

Joining a table

Same room: everyone on the same Wi-Fi. On a hero’s sheet, tap Table and pick the DM’s table, or type its six-digit code. On iPhone, allow Local Network for Cerberus in Settings if it asks.
Online: scan the table’s QR code with your camera, or type its six-character code under Table on your hero’s sheet.

Online tables subscription

Players never pay. A DM hosting online tables subscribes through their App Store or Google Play account, so the store handles payment and refunds.

Manage or cancel: in Cerberus, open Settings → Account → Manage subscription. On iPhone you can also go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
New phone or reinstalled? Tap Restore purchases in Settings → Account or on the paywall.
Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from Google Play.

Deleting your account

In Cerberus, open Settings → Account and tap Delete account. This removes your DM account from our servers. Your heroes stay on your device. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a store subscription, so cancel that first. See the privacy policy for exactly what’s removed.
