Byte
Taking a bite out of your budget. Byte reads your grocery receipts and, if you connect them, your bank transactions, so you can see where your money goes and what things actually cost.
What it does
- Sniff scans a receipt and reads the line items, prices and totals off it.
- Leash keeps your budget and spending categories, and Den sums it all up.
- Fetch builds shopping lists that point you at the best local price for each item.
- Chow keeps recipes and works out what each serving costs.
- Bank import catches the spending you didn't scan a receipt for, if you connect an account.
Your data
No ads, and we don't sell your data. Your bank login goes through Plaid, so Byte never sees it. Community pricing pools item prices (never anything that identifies you) so everyone can see what things typically cost, and you can turn it off. The privacy policy has the full details, including how to delete everything.
